"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible."

The atmosphere, the perfectly curated property, and the delicious meals were all wonderful—but what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. The team behind the scenes, along with the staff, made us feel so cared for and welcomed. One of the highlights was meeting Roshan, the owner.
