"The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances."

"Some bedding should have been switched out, the sheet on the box spring had a spray of colour… The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, something from the previous guest was in the drawer."

"The floor was super dirty, and my feet were black after a bit of walking bare-footed. Found a bloody Band-Aid behind the bed. The air conditioner is super loud and makes the lights dip every time it turns on. Tried turning it off but it would still make noise every couple of minutes. We felt so disgusted that we did not even try the breakfast."

The manager told me I was supposed to complete the deposit refund when I checked out, but yet the other employee simply asked me my room number when I checked out and took my keys and that was that. Called about my deposit refund 5 days after check-out to be given the run around for 3 hours saying it was going to be e-transferred to me. (Which seems suspicious as is). "Laut Aussage des Mannes an der Rezeption bekamen wir ein Upgrade. Eine Suite. Im vorderen Raum stand ein Sofa, der darüber ausgebreitete "Bezug" hatte riesige Fettflecken, teilweise fußballgross. Die zwei vorhanden Stühle hatten ebenfalls Flecken auf dem Sitzpolster. Die Küche sah total heruntergekommen aus. Der Toaster war dreckig. Einzig der Kühlschrank war sauber - wohl weil er neu war. Das Bad war klein und total verwinkelt. Der Duschvorhang hatte Stockflecken, wir haben die Dusche nicht...

"Everything was good until we tried to use the Tv and couldn’t find any channels, than in the morning at like 8 am I heard loud talking in the hallway which I thought maybe children in the hallway leaving. But as we went to the breakfast area, just the two housekeepers were talking but one was speaking louder than the other, I knew it was that person doing all the loud talking because of the voice. I was guest in room 118 July 6 to the 7th"
