"Very convenient location attached to the Raffles City Mall which made dining/shopping very easy. It’s also centrally located so you’re close to everything, including the train to & from Changi airport. Very happy with this beautiful hotel and will be back."

"Our stay has been amazing. The room was beautifully clean, well looked after and refreshed by the staff every day. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Pool area was very clean and fresh towels whenever needed. All staff we had any interaction with were equally helpful and polite. Would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel to anyone."

"I upgraded myself to a Club room and enjoyed the benefits it offered but i was very surprised that the club lounge was not busier in the evenings for drinks and canapés, it was only myself on the two nights I stayed not that this was a problem. The room itself was lovely although the air conditioning was a little noisy and even when switched off there was still a noise from the fan. Also and I would suggest a member of staff stay in the room for the night ( 2611) as in the evening/ night time there was a mechanical/ piping noise that went off about every 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the lifts but worthwhile investigating. Apart from that the bed was very comfortable and having the complimentary mini bar was a big plus. All the staff were excellent and I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff are very friendly, polite and very much willing to assist. The hotel is in great location with MRT next to it (behind the hotel). Bugis is a few blocks away and the hotel has lots of dining options within 2-5 min walk."

"Gina who helps with breakfast arrangements is amazing. She is always very helpful and her smiles are contagious. Her customer service and hospitality are exemplary. We are group of 10 staying 10 days 2nd time at Lyf Funan always were welcomed by Gina every day. Her ideas to organize the dining area with secluded disposals area is excellent. Her efforts to improve the hotel should be recognized and awarded. Thank you Gina!"
