"We absolutely loved our stay! From the minute we arrived, the staff were incrediblely welcoming, so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was wonderful, fantastic views, great breakfast with lots of choice, the bed was comfortable, loved the pillow menu! The bathroom was spacious with lots of lighting. Honestly cannot complain at all! One recommendation I would make is if they could stock non dairy milk for coffee and tea."

The rooms and views were amazing, the breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the staff was extremely friendly and polite. "I liked almost everything. This was my first stay in this hotel, and I had changed from my other regular hotel, which had got jaded over time. Breakfast choices were wonderful, hotel staff very polite and helpful, and value for money for the room was excellent. The location is also good, walking distance from many of the sights. My only problem was that I like hotel rooms with views, but the room windows were frosted and could not be opened. I stayed on the third floor, and I was told that the room was next to the nearby building. Maybe the upper floors have better views ans windows can be opened."
