"早餐品項不多, 但乾淨營養, 整體還可以。附件沒什麼餐廳跟商店, 吃飯購物還是要去約10-15分車城外的AEON 1選擇才會多。大部分員工都很客氣親切, 樂於解決客戶問題, 但check out 時遇到一個員工, 態度隨便不積極, 如果沒問就不打算給我invoice, 真是離譜！"

"I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons;
- they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space.
- they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it.
- Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it.
- breakfast was very limited.
- they forgot to charge
Some positives;
- one reception staff member was really nice
- pool and gym were decent (indoor pool)

"We liked the friendly service, great Rooftop pool and washing machine in room.
We didn’t like that breakfast was next door expensive ($12/day) and they would only allow me one cappuccino. We quickly opted for the Starbucks (a short 5 min walk away) for the next 2 days.
A cheap Tuk tuk ride was required to go in town.
I also think the Bathroom was tiny. 2 people could not use it at the same time and lighting was terrible with no full length mirror. "

"Were in 1 Bedroom apartment for 1 night. The facilities in room set up fully and cleaned. Kitchen and items, large Fridge, big dining table with chairs. My room perfect view with balcony to river and city lights. Highly recommend this hotel and apartment for Long stay in Phnom Penh. "

"The room was perfect, a good size, nice layout with a decent sized balcony to relax on in the mornings. The staff were always super helpful and there was somebody at reception 24/7. Would definitely stay here again."
