Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The location is really good, which is the biggest highlight of the hotel. The night market is right by the hotel. However, we stayed on Thursday and didn’t know the night market is only available on Friday, Sat, and Sunday. There is plenty food options within short walk. So we didn’t feel we missed much. The room itself could use some update, especially the bathroom. Overall, our stay is pleasant, and would recommend this hotel if you want to experience...

Feels like a boutique hotel - don’t expect 5 stars facilities and finishing but it’s great for the price. 3 things stood out - aircon and warm water supply are perfect, bedding and cot (proper baby cot!) were great too!
