"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Canal side Inn. So did my furry companion Frankie, who was well greeted by the owners and other pets alike. Guests were equally friendly, those with 2 feet. The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. "Comfortable bed, nice sized room with very clean bathroom. Only complaint that's keeping this from being five stars is the middle window of the three large vertical windows of my beach view room was 85% covered in moisture / what looked like mold starting to grow inside. Clearly rain or some type of water got behind one of the panes. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel it was an easy, relaxing overnight stay."

"Spent a few days at the Queen Victoria. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good as well. The Victorian detail was very nice throughout. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep.
