"The room was clean, the entry door was having hinge alignment problem, didn't close unless was forced. The bathroom and shower were clean. The window glass was really dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was not clean to say the least. The surroundings were clean spotless."

The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM."

"This was easily the grossest hotel experience of my entire life. From dried crusty still on the head board and walls, to the 4 bugs I killed on my walls, the sheet having unknown stains, and lastly the most horrible smell in the room that was almost fishy. I stay at a lot of cheap motels so usually I know what I’m getting into, but this was far worse. I wish I would have saved my $55 and slept in my car."

"Ridiculous $25 mandatory parking fee. Overpriced moderate quality breakfast. $6 "entrapment fee" for water in the room. None of these up charges were clear when booking the room. Look elsewhere."

"Great price, nice very clean large room, comfortable bed, larger than normal mini refrigerator, breakfast included. The only problem was the bathtub/shower was very slippery. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!"

"We loved this little place! We will definitely stay again. It’s clean and the beds are great! We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!"

"The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."
