This was my favourite hotel so far on my trip. Perfect location, right at the midpoint from The train station and the geisha district, with the markets just a few feet away. This hotel was clean, with friendly staff and great amenities. They even offer a welcome drink! I would definitely stay there again.

The comfort double room we stayed in has a very convenient layout. The sink, shower and toilet are in separate rooms making getting ready in the morning fast. The hotel offers excellent breakfast. The hotel reception lady was really kind to help us with luggage forwarding to our next hotel. The hotel is conveniently located right next to omichio market and it's walkable to all the other major attractions.

Great location. Great room. Great staff. Has coffee machine also provides cocoa. The pipe water still has a smell, hotel provides bottle water, but it would be better to have a water machine.

We had booked a Comfort Double, non smoking room we found the room clean, small & comfortable you might need to move a few things around to make it more spacious but that is the same in most rooms of that size in Japan. The shower looks a bit weird looking but once you know how to work it, it was fantastic. The Hotel is a easy 15 minute walk from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.The only negative thing was I found the breakfast area a bit chaotic when it was busy. I possibly would stay here again depending on price comparing to other hotels of similar style.

The room and amenities were good. The room was good sized, we had a relaxing room which had a foot massager stool. Fantastic amenity. There is free wine or sake in the afternoon/evening. There is no restaurant on site. Its about 750 kilometers from the main train station. Staff are friendly and efficient. They mostly have English speaking staff too. I'd stay here again. Recommended.

The hotel has a great location right in the old town and minutes from the omicho market. It's a little far from the station if you have luggage but a taxi from the station is only 700 yen. They have a full body shower which is great in the morning.
