"Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken leaving only one functioning. This made it very difficult to get to our room. On one occasion we had to wait 10 minutes (if not longer) before we were able to get on the elevator to get to our room. Also, the breakfast set up is very clunky. It was a very long line with a lot of people coming at the same time in a very narrow window (2 hours) to be able to eat. It was hard to get a table, hard to get the food because you couldn't really tell...
