"Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...

"The buildings at the Commune are amazing. Stunning, sleek and airy architecture complimented with perfect lighting and top notch service.Being the only ones walking along the wall is a memorable experience. For the high standards of rooms and service the price is more than worth it. An excellent weekend away escaping the hustle and bustle of Beijing. "We had a great 3-day stay at the guesthouse. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful despite limited English skills and the restaurant serves delicious Chinese food.
Located 2 hour drive North of Beijing in a remote village close to the Great Wall, the guesthouse is perfect for a getaway from the busy capital.
The rooms are new with nice facilities and a small courtyard for each room makes it very private.
