"Stayed for 2 days,1st day was good but 2nd day was interesting.Checked in on a Thursday approximately 1 pm and went smooth but on Friday about 8pm was in my pajamas,heard the door open from outside,was an unknown male that I seen from mirror view and told individual to leave room after unauthorized entry.Attempted to call to front desk on phone with no luck so I called on personal phone to report situation.The female employee was a bit upset due to unauthorized male entering room and with some investigation the female employee who performed check in day prior did not complete check in correctly and i was shown as no show.Went down to front desk to purchase some food,showed the front desk employee advised that my itinerary was located and to advise Hotels.com about situation.Saturday check out went smooth and only negative part female employee from Thursday was at front desk but did not apologize or acknowledge situation so I'm going to follow up with this.My advice if anyone books this location have a paper copy in case of confusion and everything else is worth it score from 0 to 10 is an 8."
