The parking is confusing. Ended up overpaying $60 with no explanation of how to self park w the hotel. There are two saunas and both are locked with a padlock so you can’t use them. The valet parkers are friendly & quick. All hotel staff are friendly. I have stayed here multiple times & never had a negative encounter. The hotel is always beautiful & the lobby and elevators take me back in time. The rooms are clean, and I love the beds & bedding.
