The air in the lobby and hallways was stale and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, the carpeting in the lobby and hallways were stained, dirty and better complete replacement. It's looks and smells rundown. The room's condition was a pleasant surprise! Clean and very large! The front desk gentleman was not a welcoming person at all. Evren though we paid for the room through Expedia in advance, he demanded an additional $125 security deposit on our credit card before he would give us the room key. Why?

The staff was very nice. This property was clean but clearly older, dark, and shabby. Considering the exorbitant price per night, we expected a much nicer property. The worst problem was finding this hotel! Hotels.com has the wrong address posted for this Holiday Inn Express! We discovered this when we drove to the posted address only to be told we were at the wrong Holiday Inn Express! Hotels.com needs to post the correct address!

We booked this hotel for a fun weekend with family. The pool room was 50° with the air conditioner running in the middle of winter. The breakfast was empty and everyone was upset. The TV in our room was broken. Staff was minimally helpful. Staff finally agreed to give us a refund. Did not actually give us refund. Stopped answering the phone when we called to see why they failed to keep their refund promise. Do not do business with this hotel.
