"The room was clean. Didn’t like the beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The air was not on in the room and it was 97 degrees outside and took forever to cool the room down. Also said they put the money on hold and it took it out of my account immediately and I still have not received my deposit back even though we hardily used anything in the room not even the tv. "We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

"Aside from the A/C making an annoying loud sound that tv couldn't drown out making it a struggle to relax. Turned it off eventually despite the very hot day/night plus humidity outside.
