"The apartment is as basic as it gets. More comparable to a youth hostel. On the positive it was fine to accommodate for a family of four and conveniently close to Chapel Bridge. However, the bed and bathroom are very basic. The bathroom needs updating as there was peeling paint on the ceiling and door. I Kitchen functional but basic. Only four bath towels provided. No hand towels. Elevator was broken on our exit where we had to carry luggage and bags for a family of four down five...

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
