"Nous avons réservé un cottage au Bürgenstock pour 9 200 CHF/3 nuits. À l’arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, alors qu’il faisait 35°C. Impossible d’y séjourner correctement. L’hôtel étant complet, on nous a proposé une chambre au Waldhotel, moins bien, avec vue montagne, mais avec un supplément de 3 720 CHF par nuit : totalement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant : choix très limité, plateaux de jambon, poisson et fromage souvent vides, non...

"The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit."

"As with most hotels in Europe, air-conditioning is not something that exists or if it does generally does not work very well, so you should just understand this if it is going to be very hot during your stay. We ate at the hotel for dinner and it was excellent. We recommend the food there."

"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"
