"I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news...

"Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location was perfect and easy to find with parking available on property. The check-in and check-out processes were really simple and we arrived at our own time without needing to coordinate with the front office. "No WiFi, No A/C, spotty email for apt No. And access code. Clean small bed, no shower curtain. Shower was off the kitchen, not in the bathroom. It was clean enough but we slept with the window open because it was so hot. We chose to for the price. It was very inexpensive but you get what you pay for."

"Access was a little difficult if you dont speak the language or dont have a carrier/signal there. I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. After communicating they were considerate enough to leave me a key."
