"Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

"Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. "

"Room was very nice, full kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher. Even had a 2 burner cooktop with a couple pans to use. Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast each morning and staff was very friendly."

"AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience! "

"They had a fun breakfast menu. They had recipe cards in various places to give suggestions on making things from the varied breakfast food items... My favorite was the various toppings to make different breakfast parfaits! "

"this place is ok, it's not the best but also it's not the worst. it's convenient for quick one night stay. room was clean enough, however you can tell it's an older place. One thing that actually made me mad was housekeeping entered our room where we were still in bed because front desk give them wrong room number for check out cleaning. Those kind of mistakes are unacceptable."
