"Air conditioner started to warm up --started off cool, but didn't seem to keep temp. Carpet when we got off on our floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed recently. Room was clean enough. Appearance was just kind of worn in general. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Did not have automatic doors coming into the hotel and only when we first got there did the security guard open them for us--otherwise we struggled to open the door and remove our bags. "

"I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did at The Marriot Westchase. My room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and nice, made me feel at ease and welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant inside. The parking is great and I felt my vehicle was safe. The only thing missing was a microwave in my room other than that I have no complaints about my stay. Definitely booking with them again❣️"

"I Always have a problem with the beds being too hard so I take almost every comforter I own to put on the bad BUT not this time the bed was great!!!!. I will stay there again "

"Original room booked was not available, but a different room was offered for same price. There was a soft spot on the floor right in front of AC unit, made sure to walk around it not to go through floor. Curtains did not close all way so outdoor lighting lit up room. Beyond that, bed was confortable, room was clean. I'm not sure what ammenities was offered, but had a busy weekend doing other things so I was not there to use anything much."

"Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out. "
