The main hotel photo is from the building next door. There is no front desk or any contact information available.in the lobby. It was very difficult to communicate as I only speak Portuguese, English or Finnish.

Don't stay here

My mom and i visiting Taiwan for the very first time. This place is no way a 3-stars. Picture doesn't match the website. Beware! This is not a hotel. First when we arrived at the address. The place was dark in the outside and looked kinda like a closed restaurant. It was dark. I had to follow some instructions on how to open the door at 4pm. The place was dark inside hard to see. Felt like i was in a James bond movie that i had to break some code to get in. Figure out the first code for inside. Then just couldn't figure out the second part..again Because it was dark inside. We took the elevator to our room (2nd floor) couldn't get inside. Thank God someone was passing by and i asked him for help. He said to go back downstairs for anther combination lock for the room key. Ok did they got that.. again because it was dark inside. Got to our room. It was smelly, rug and so called couch was filly looking. No way i was going to sit on that and to stay there. It was smelly and my mom felt dizzy. We called to ask for another room. Someone came within 5minutes and told us they didn't have another room and kicked us out. He was standing there to make sure we were leaving. We asked for refund. He said ok. We left. It was about 11pm. We were in the street looking for another hotel. Thank God some one helped us. Refer us to Midtown Richardson BOAI hotel. It was$10 more per night than this place. Now. Hotel.com said they failed to reach THEM or language. NO REFUND BOTTOM LINE.

環境清潔不乾淨

住302房間，剛打開房門，一股臭味襲來，環境清潔不乾淨，燈具上都是灰塵，浴室牆壁有黴斑，還有臭味。 床不好睡，側身躺會往床中間陷，推測床應該是斜的，側邊高 中間低。 對聲音敏感的人，要慎重考慮，冷氣有聲音，還有點大，也會聽到電梯運作的聲音。 停車很好停，路邊和附近都有停車場，距離漢神巨蛋很近，房價便宜。 會選擇這裡，只因為要參加路跑，凌晨三點就退房了。

訂房時沒看到原來是自助式的，對外地遊客來說很不方便，有什麼要問的都只能在平台上問，但平台看訊息一定要跳到一一層才能看得到有回覆，整個check in處理了很久，住宿處大堂位置沒有風，都有一陣味就悶著，而且很熱，快留一陣子都悶熱死 另外登記就只有一台身份證掃描器，對於台灣當地人入住的個人資料保障會覺得不太安全（不是當地人不熟那種掃描器會不會怎樣，就看起來覺得不太可靠） 房間的間隔設計和樓層的設計都很古怪，床就只有表面看是整潔，床單只是打開一點就已經發現有幾條體毛，面且床很軟，空調只有開或者關，能調風力但不能調溫度，而溫度就16度～不是冷死就是熱死 最痛苦是那個花灑，力很夠，簡直太多了，而且水柱很細小，水出來是霧化一樣，打在身上就一個痛字，而且冷熱水完全沒得調節，跟空調一樣，不是冷死就是燙死，而且花灑頭是會傳熱，完全不安全 唯一好的要距離漢神巨蛋和六合夜市很近 總結來說是個地獄

浴巾超臭像沒曬過，房門壞掉，床上有小螞蟻，不是1、2隻，冷氣會滴水，床墊像用家裡的床包，有花色但很舊了，電梯很小，只能載2個人和2個行李箱，完全和照片上看差很多，很失望的住宿，以後不敢再住民宿

環境不錯，但設備跟清潔度需要加強

我們是入宿豪華房，周圍交通非常便利，房間也非常溫馨，但有點小小的遺憾，房間的設備都有點小小問題，冷氣會滴水導致正下方的床無法睡人，浴室門把有點鬆脫但不影響使用，蓮蓬頭整個分解，洗澡還需整個抓住分解的位置才有辦法順利洗澡，床頭小夜燈壞掉無法開啟，又剛好遇到高雄大雨，所以牆面嚴重滲水導致樓中樓的單人床頭部分嚴重積水，2個雙人床的部分蠻多螞蟻的，睡覺的時候覺得渾身發癢，消毒度需要加強！希望能改善一些小問題 會讓客人更加舒適！

大変居心地の悪い部屋

チェックイン方法のメールが届いておらず、セルフチェックインに大変戸惑った。 台湾人の友達が連絡先に電話かけてくれたのでチェックインする事が出来た。 入口は以前バーか何かのショップだったと思われるが、空っぽでとても汚い。 部屋に入ると禁煙ルームにも関わらず、ものすごく煙草の臭いがし、煙草の臭いが大嫌いな私は大変居心地が悪かった。 シーツも変えてあるのだとは思うが綺麗では無かった。

入住的那間房間冷氣會定時發出噪音會影響淺眠的人 且窗戶旁邊有多一個展示空間（其空間看似不屬於任何房間，但無從而知）讓人匪夷所思！如果將其由木板整個擋住，而不是用透明壓克力板，會讓人安心許多 整體來說中等

CP值尚可的住宿

臨時找單人住宿，房間像膠囊旅館，有一間迷你衛浴，空間很小但還夠用，房間有配獨立冷氣和電視，比青年旅館的單人床位好，價格也差不多，位置離7-11百貨公司捷運站都很近。
