Met all expectations but didn't really excel at any, the air conditioning was a bit of a weak point. While it works, it struggled to keep the room much below 25. Pool was a fantastic break from the heat and a real selling point! Location is great, right near an MRT stop and plenty of food options. Not at all unhappy with our stay.

The breakfast arrangement on Sun morning was extremely bad, no stuff refilled by kitchen after 0915am, we spent almost 35 mins just having the drinks, salad and congee only. A big difference as compared with my previous 4 days morning in same hotel. Probably they need to carefully review on it especially on how to manage the breakfast section. Overall the hotel's facilities is perfect with a rear top swimming pool, i like it.

I would not recommend staying here. The property is dated and tired. Hot water was sporadic at best and took 5mins of running taps to get look warm. Staff took our towels when they cleaned the room leaving us with none to use , and then when we asked for replacements it took 10ins to get them. Breakfast was the only ok aspect Avoid. Reviews from early this year are bogus I think.

I’m very please with my stay at The Three House. Not sure why there so many negative review about this property. Overall staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Kaohsiung for holiday in the future.
