Staff sometimes were a bit slow at checking us in and also miscommunication between the staff meant they couldn’t find one of our bags we left before check out but was sorted in the end. The overhead ventilation was covered with dirt ( I am highly allergic to dust), thick layer of dust, this is where bugs and mites thrive! "There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"Honestly 5+ stars to the women running this place. They’re doing their jobs and doing it with kindness, friendliness and above all helpful and professional. Give them a raise!! It was spotless and comfortable. Good reason why their ratings are above other hotels in the area charging twice as much for the name. "
