When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...

"Lovely clean hotel right in the centre and near to all the tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness of the rooms was lovely and the extra special details, like chocolate and turn down off your bed, made it feel special. Definitely book again."

"Great hotel on the banks of the Danube located directly under Buda Castle. The location is excellent with short walks to many of the city’s main attractions including the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle, Fishermen’s Bastion and funicular railway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are superb value for money. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend."
