"The hotel was excellent, but the breakfast buffet is NOT free. In fact, it was quite expensive that we found breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise staff was very friendly, room was smaller, but very efficient use of the space. Liked the aroma of the lobby too."

We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...

"We had a lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. Hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Rooms a tiny bit cramped but big enough for a few nights. Lovely breakfast.. we didn’t eat in the restaurant at any other time. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the reception is 24 hr. The location of the hotel is brilliant… central and close to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront.
