"Service was great, very friendly, flexible and the rooms were very nice. Location was good for the concert in the Strawberry arena. the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice and many healthy options too. The station is a 25 min walk away, which was nice with the good weather. The Westfield mall is next door. Beds were good too, and the shower had a rainshower. Main thing for me was the price, it was steep. It was a high price due to the concert, but normally I would never pay that amount for...

"Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Stockwerk war eine sehr willkommene Annehmlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bromma Blocks waren toll. Nur die unscheinbare Notiz dass man sich selbst melden darf wenn das Zimmer gemacht werden soll ist etwas untergegangen."

"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. "This hotel is in the heart of Stockholm, walking distance to historical places, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast is abundant and good quality. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Although the rooms are not very big, there is a fantastic lobby area with many seats, the restaurant, a terrace, and a bar.The bar is open until midnight most of the days. The best part is the staff, absolutely friendly, and very supportive. We certainly enjoyed our stay in best western."
