We left after less than a minute. To pick up the key to the apartment you need to drive 15 minutes away to an odd office and can only communicate with the owner via email or Whatsapp. So we had to drive all the way back to drop off the key. "What a fantastic time we had. A beautiful old hotel with fabulous views over the river. Every staff member was helpful and we even got a pack up to take with us for our early flight! Fully recommend"

"This is in a very convenient location with a good breakfast buffet. Close to major bus/tram stops and a lot of restaurants. There are a lot of stair, but that is true of everywhere in Bratislava. The reception does have limited hours (closed overnight and for lunch) so important to check before your arrival."

"The most uncomfortable bed ever. We had booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. We went back to reception and the staff member said the hotel was full and shrugged, and said we can push the beds together. We went back to the room and did this, and there was loads of litter under the bed. The mattresses on both beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the morning we spoke to the front desk, and they said they couldn't switch our rooms but they would provide extra duvet covers. We got back...
