"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

"A really nice apartment near the old town. A short walk to all the tourist sites, restaurants and the train station. check-in process was straight forward to do on our own, since we where arriving late. The train station was great to get to and from the airport and to the salt mine. It also had a shopping complex which was open late into the night, so you felt very safe for tourist using the train while we where there."

Anticipate a small room with reliable hot water and good pressure, working elevators, and an attentive bar and kitchen staff who should probably be running the front desk. Over the years, I'd say this is one of my favorite London stays. With a tube station right around the corner, LHR extremely cheap tube ride away, the excellent Maroush Restaurant across the street, and a tasty breakfast with one heck of a well-run bar,...

"Overall, an excellent property with clean facilities and a great location. Two areas for improvement are; Check-in instruction was troublesome, and I would like to leave my carry case on the final day of my stay after checking out until evening. "

"Positives : clean, well presented, good size rooms. Negatives : Cooked breakfast was quite cold one day, not standard fried breakfast. Limited selection for other options. Bathroom made of glass and you could see into bathroom from the room. Could hear and see anyone using toilet. Staff spoke amongst themselves, but limited interaction with guests. A little too far from old town square."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "
