Hotel dekat Kartodrom Fafe

"Amazing hotel, very clean, really lovely staff!"

"Perfecto"

"Great Hospitality , Very clean rooms and super breakfast Thanks to Marcus & Ingrid"

"Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to use the saunas, but unfortunately they never got hot enough to really enjoy. That took away from what we were expecting from the experience. It’s a nice place with potential, but I hope these issues...

"Choose this place If you like peaceful stroll in the garden after your restful sleep. Exceptional staff, especially Sarah 👏. It is close to Sanctuary of Penha and sorrounded by nature. "

"Very helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working during a hot period and I received a message warning me and asking me if I wanted a refund but I kept the booking. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and offered me a fan and complimentary bottle of cold water. For the price I paid it was far more than I expected. Sometimes it’s just a little customer service which makes a problem much easier to accept! In the end sleeping with window open was completely adequate- I...

Tenciono regressar."

"Superb location and very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Free parking near football stadium, just a 5 minute walk"

"Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel."
