"A lovely small hotel very close to the centre of Kas . Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean, we could have done with a balcony which is the only negative. Decoration of all hotel was lovely"

"everything was perfect."

"The breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in second floor with sea view, and we can see the amphitheater too. Amazing view on the balcony. We really recommend this hotel."

"Pros Great breakfast. Nice staff. Cons The towls are not very clean. Tight space"

"Great Place, very clean and attentive, welcoming staff. It was a great stay, thank you."

"It’s a very homey and comfortable feeling staying here. Maybe it was thanks to the sweetness of the family running it. They were so kind and helpful when I had my friend translate for me. They offered me medicine when I was sick and were so funny (given a language barrier). The location is amazing and they take your car keys to park and move it around since some of the main streets close from 7pm-3am."

"10/10 hotel is perfectly located. Walkable to beaches and restaurants. Parking was easy. Rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend"

"Elike and Sarkan were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. My room had a very nice view to the sea. I liked the location as it was close to city center but at the same time it was not too busy. Loved the breakfast! Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back."

"Perfect"

"Highly recommended, very tasty breakfast buffet with lots of choices, clean, very friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful view from hotel, 2 min walk to old town, would definitely come back, do not hesitate to book, very pleased, had great sleep 😴"

"Hotel was perfect for our visit to Kas. Location was perfect and just walking distance to most activities. You are literally by the beach. It was clean, simple. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful, special thanks to Emre for all his kindness and help with what we needed. On our last visit to Kas we stayed in Peninsula, it was amazing, but it took a lot of time going and coming when we needed to get to town. Habesos hotel was close to everything in town. Markets are nearby, restaurants....

"Quiet clean efficient liked it so much we returned for an extra night"
