The pool area and gym were amazing, and having a coworking space on-site was a huge plus. "Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. "Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys"

"Room was about what we expected it to be. The only thing that was a big pain is the parking as they have none except for like 5 on street spots. The construction is kind of annoying on the building across the street but that's not The Crosbys fault. Definitely will stay here again on the next Miami trip."

"Excellent location and beautiful balcony views. The apartment is fully equipped and very convenient for longer stays (kitchen, laundry, etc.). However, cleanliness could be improved—the floors were quite dirty on arrival and the shower drainage was slow. The entry app also gave us some trouble. On the positive side, customer service was always very responsive and helpful."
