"Excellent location and beautiful balcony views. The apartment is fully equipped and very convenient for longer stays (kitchen, laundry, etc.). However, cleanliness could be improved—the floors were quite dirty on arrival and the shower drainage was slow. The entry app also gave us some trouble. On the positive side, customer service was always very responsive and helpful."

"I didn’t like front desk lady’s response when asked for hand towels which was not provided in the room. I checked in at 3 pm on 05/02/2026, and got hand towels at 9 pm- excuse was cleaning Good Night staff is too busy now, and hand towels are in washers. When asked for manage’s contact, she told that it can’t be given, and I can see him/her tomorrow. But he will come after you checked out."

"Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said...

"The room was a fairly good space. No amenities. Didn’t feel clean. Bed and pillows not comfortable. It was close to port and did have a shuttle. "

"Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys"
