Le personnel est gentil et serviable mais villa salle (sanitaire et frigo pas propre et draps troués), piscine privée non entretenue. Villa infectée de moustiques. Restaurant qui ne peut pas assurer un service de qualité car rien n'est disponible sur le menu. C'est donc un établissement à fuir. C'est cher"

"Still under construction so there may be some minor disruptions here and there. But the staff’s hospitality and care more than makes up for it. The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. Will return to this hotel if I’m back to Jogja!"

"The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back"
