"Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. Guy making them finally...

"This spot is a gem. The staff are delightful, there was surprise live music, the renovated room was cute and clean. We loved the funky artsy vibe. Only meh was breakfast: the oatmeal bar and the pop tart station were cute, the coffee was excellent, but they were out of everything else advertised (no juice, no bread, etc.)"

"A 3 story hotel should always have a working elevator and this one didn't. I didn't get the large suite I paid for becauseof that. I'm moving across country and needed the extra room for the items packed in my car."
