First room had ants, and although they did gove us a new room, they couldnt be bothered to apologize. The 2 indivuduals that did breakfast were fantastik. Veey friendly and on top of everything"

"I was very disappointed with this motel. The only good thing about it is that it is overlooking the river and has access to it. The deck is wide and has rocking chairs. The first room we stayed in had a bad leak in the ceiling in the bathroom the first night when it poured. It leaked around the light fixture and we could take a shower while doing our business. "If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. "The room was very clean which is very important to me. The Staff, Husband and wife were very friendly. Each room has a place to park your car, and there are chairs outside your room to sit in which is nice. This was a short weekend trip for us, but I would definitely feel comfortable staying longer.
