"Upon checking in, the front desk staff was courteous and prompt. The room was mostly clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom and dingy but clean looking towels. The bed was decent, somewhat comfortable. The blackout curtains kept the room nicely darkened. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. We slept well in between long days of travel on our family road trip. Upon check out though, there was a staff member at the desk who was pretty rude. She had a mouth full of food and curtly said...

"great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend."

"Good location among many restaurants and bars, only a mile walk to the stadium for the CWS with lots to look at along the way, and not at all far from the River walk and riverfront parks. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing at all negative was that there are only two elevators and I was on the 9th floor. Sometimes the elevator waits were really long."

"The room was small and TV didn't work properly. The only place to eat was the sports bar ( expensive and noy that great ) $ 189.00 compared to $120.00 at Hampton Inn and much nicer room."
