"The room was unfortunately not well-maintained. Several details gave the impression of poor upkeep, including lopsided wall art, a broken bedside lamp, stained flooring, and a lifted baseboard. The bathtub had visible yellow staining along with hair on the shower wall, and while the inclusion of a bidet was appreciated, it was not properly cleaned and appeared to have residue from a previous guest. The room did include a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient; however, both the bed linens and towels were stained, and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated."

" Very disappointing experience. The front desk service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The female staff member was cold and dismissive, and seemed more focused on her phone than helping guests. When I arrived on March 25, 2026, I waited about 10 minutes. She told me to wait and continued using her phone. I politely said “excuse me” twice, but did not receive any response. During that time, several other guests were waiting as well. I had already booked and paid for my 4-night stay online, and I did not cause any inconvenience. During my stay, I considered extending for one more night, but I did not feel comfortable due to the service. When I checked out, I said “thank you” and “goodbye,” but there was no response. I hope the management can improve customer service in the future. "

"Parking was free and in a garage. There was also a staff member on Patrol when we arrived after 9 pm. The staff was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was part of a small restaurant connected to the hotel. Not what I was expecting but it was very good! This was a safe and clean place for our family with young kids. My only negative commit is that for the price it is an older hotel that could use some updating in the rooms. It felt a little bare-bones (no Iron, coffee pot or 2 ply TP) But the beds were comfortable (pillows were awesome), the room was clean and we felt safe! I would stay again and pay extra for those three things!"

"Very bad experience, noisy all night had bikers and hooker and loud music all night. Very low class place who ever is going to stay here my advice is make your choices wisely and think twice about staying at this place. "
