"Staff was a bit dry. I didn't feel welcomed. I know we arrived early but it was a 4 O'clock wedding and that is check in time. I asked a month in advance if we could check in early and they said we'll see when the time comes. I think your hotels should take these events into consideration."

"i didnt like that they had no freezer in the refrigerator in our room. we carry ice packs for our medication. they did however offer to keep them in their office freezer. overall very nice place."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a day trip festival, and we had a great experience! The hotel was affordable, clean, and very spacious. It’s located in a calm, quiet area, and there are plenty of great food spots nearby in Gardena, making everything very convenient. I also loved that check in started at 1:00 p.m. The parking was spacious, and the check in process was quick, easy, and hassle free. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

I'm not used to talking to the desk attendant through a glass, but I also understand the need for it, considering the area. The only issue I had with the room was the bathroom door. It's a sliding, glass door that didn't stay closed all the way, it kept opening halfway, but even if I would have been able to keep it closed, there was a gap that didn't...

"One of the better hotels in Gardena. It's conveniently located next to Pacific Square, where there is a market, restaurants and variety stores. Knowing the overnight options in this area, I would stay at this hotel again."

"If I could put -5 Stars I would. First upon arriving they make you give them $20 Dollars cash ONLY for a Plastic Room key. They explain "if you bring us the plastic room key back then we will return your $20." What they don't tell you is if you happen to check out early or leave when they are asleep and they don't want to answer the front desk... They pocket unreported $20 per every person in this situation. Next, it's a VERY unsecure location. EVERY side, rear or exit door is WIDE open 24/7....

"Staff there was attentive, although properties very damaged rooms need to be remodeled and clean better lots of prostitution drug activity going on in there in the night lots of noise of people walking in and out of the rooms. I think there should be a security guard walking around making sure everything is safe and in order with the law overall I was finally able to sleep after I put my headphones on and happy nothing happened to my car."

"This is not a hotel, it's more like a dormitory or hostel. 1. No parking. 2. Shared toilet and shower. 3. No air conditioning. 4. Dirty bedding. and they charge 60+ dollars per night for all of this !!!"

"I have stayed here a few times and I like it. It’s quiet, the staff is always nice and friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is also very nice and accommodating. The beds are super comfy and it’s pretty close to most places for food, The pool area is really nice! It’s by the mall, redondo beach and Venice. I love visiting! I’m only thing is I wish they’d offer breakfast"

"Our room had a strong smell of marijuana or smoking that they hotel tried to mask with a whole lot of room scents. It was so bad we had a light headache and had a hard time breathing. When I talked to the front desk staff about the smell, they said they could not help."
