The staff is very rude, dismissive, only helpful when the key doesn’t work but housekeeping isn’t frequent and they don’t clean well. We just stayed again after being gone for like 4 days and we got put in a room we’ve never been in before and it was kind of better than our original room, just a different microwave and tv. "Everything thing was nice. The security was excellent. Needed at least 4 handicap spaces in front instead of two. I stayed for a week with my niece and the only inconveniences was that housekeeping only once 5 days later so we took out trash. You can take your dirty towels to the desk yo get fresh clean ones."
