"Clean room, hotel and facilities. Perfect locations to beaches, freeways, shopping, etc. Only negative was limited parking. The small lot fills up quick!"

"I travel a lot, but I had a bad experience at this hotel. My room has a king-sized bed, but the pillows are very small—more like twin-size—and they’re uncomfortable. The bed itself is also not comfortable, and it caused neck pain. Could you please provide better pillows. When I checked in, the front desk staff member was very rude. He seemed easily irritated and came across as disrespectful without any reason. It felt like he didn’t enjoy his job, which made the experience uncomfortable."

"I paid for a king suite with a jacuzzi, next thing you know when I arrive the jacuzzi isn't working. The room was a bit dirty as you can see signs it was a rushed cleaning job, the shower only had cold water so I had to take bird baths out the sink since it was the only thing with hot water in my room. The heater/ac stinks when blowing out air, and randomly the water got shut off for 1 hour and 30 minutes completely when I had a date scheduled and needed to shower. I'm never coming here again."

"My stay was ok. When I got to my room my TV didn't work but the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The mini bar lights up which is annoying when trying to sleep. I couldn't figure how to turn it off and ended up putting a blanket over it. It also made a noise that was distruptive to my sleep. It was a fine hotel but there are better in the area."

Our room, on the third floor of the “East building,” felt like a beach cottage, with a simple but lovely layout including a deep tub, small kitchenette, fireplace and view of the beach from the sitting room and the balcony. "The property is very well located with a large good communal rooftop overlooking the beach, and other seating area downstairs which was handy the day we left to sit before we went to the airport. We arrived quite late at night on a Saturday & it was quite noisy (other guests) however the other nights weren't nearly as bad. "Property was great. The manager was very helpful with checking in and telling me the parking details. They give you a st parking pass and you can park within a couple of blocks. 200 yards from Hermosa pier and a dozen fun restaurants. Very clean and right on the beach."
