"I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit Miami and have always had a great experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The jacuzzi area had visible shoe prints, and the shower walls had what appeared to be dried mucus, which was very unsanitary. "Slept the first two nights in a comforter that had blood on it from previous people. Did not notice till second day I stayed there. And the front desk only offered to replace the comforter. Check the blankets before you use. Some of the towels had stains on them as well but some were good."

"I stayed there like 8 times . Just love everything about that hotel . I always ordered lots of stuff to hotel and I never had an issue received all .Dolphin Mall is close by just walking distance. Breakfast is wonderful.Eight times and counting."

"The hotel is in a great location. As expected from this hotel chain, the stay was consistently good and reliable, the breakfast was very nice, and the room rate offered good value for money. The only issue was that when I woke up early the next morning, I noticed some small red spots on my arm. I’m not sure whether they were caused by insect bites — perhaps not."
