"The bathroom was old and it look like mold on the grout and the lighting in the bathroom was awful and the shower head was a joke. The staff was great and room size of the room was great but very outdated. I wouldn’t have booked this I would have know how outdated the room was "

"Had to change rooms a few times. When I reached what I thought was my final room, a man walked in our room. I called the front desk and the lack of care was alarming. I was staying w my 15yr old daughter and they basically didn’t care then told me if we wanted we could get a new key. After expressing we no longer felt safe they basically said they have no rooms and they can cancel my reservation. All while this was going on security came to my room, started opening my door and “testing the lock” without telling me so I again scared opened the door and asked what was going on and was told “we don’t have to tell you anything” very condescendingly . So I exited my rooms luggage as this felt very violating to me and my young daughter. This was not a typical “Hard Rock” experience or service. Would never stay there again. The hotel next door is was much nicer spend the money and stay there (Beau Rivage)"

"Bathroom door wouldn’t shut it hit the commode .. front door locked but wouldn’t close all the way u could see lots of light thru it! Train blows at 745 am sounds like it’s coming thru the building. Shower and bathroom floor was super slippery had to put towel in shower to keep from skidding down. . Very sketchy folks to be in ocean springs .. "

"Our room was relatively clean, but it reeked of cleaning solution-so much that we could hardly stand to be in the room. Overall, the entire complex needs a good cleaning-minus the strong smell!"

"The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again "

"This is our 1st visit to this hotel. The room was slightly small for a King, nothing was loaded on the tv for viewing any shows. We had to put our own membership online to view. The restaurant was adequate but with the amount of people trying to get fed the wait was over an hour, hotel should up the staff on weekends. The casino was not very inviting with only 2 tables to play blackjack for $15 a hand.I will check out other hotels and see if this is the norm. "
