"We were not pleased with our stay. We were required to sign a waiver since we had our dog with us agreeing to a charge of $250 fee if the floor gets soiled from our dog. When we checked into the hotel room, there was a stain on the floor and I made sure to call the front desk so I was not charged. The bathroom towels also had stains and we were placed in a corner room with a fence as our view. The fridge is under the bed nightstand which is an odd place for a fridge. Staff not very friendly. "

"Pool was dirty and the filter seemed to be non-functional. There was no signage to indicate it was out of order. Room looked like it has been poorly maintained as there were several areas that had deferred maintenance and even the paint on the walls was not consistent. The closet looked like it was a left over built in unit that was just placed on the floor an not secured. The bed sheets seemed clean but had stains on them. There was a bright exterior light that faced the windows of many of the rooms and the black out curtains were installed too far away to be useful to block the light. It looked like daytime throughout the night. We had to rig the curtain against the window with trash cans and the coffee machine to get a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very limited despite having a large breakfast area. There was a 20-30 minute wait to use the waffle makers since that was the only option for hot food other than instant oatmeal or microwaved hard boiled eggs. Despite all the negatives about this hotel, the staff was wonderful and very hard working. They were great."
