"They have a storage room for large luggage. Also the lifts (elevators) are very small. The ad said local shuttle. They did not have that available. There was a Taxi driver strike and we were forced to drag our luggage 1.5 miles to our cruise ship. Everything else was great. "

"The hotel is hidden, like most of the small hotels, in a maze of crowded, dirty streets with horrible sidewalks. Very noisy at all hours. The directions given by the staff to find the hotel were worthless. We were maneuvering 4 large luggage as we were going on a 10 day cruise. The route from the Metro to the hotel did not accommodate rolling luggage.
The staff were not rude, just indifferent to any questions. There was a taxi strike and they had no suggestions as to getting to the Cruise port....

"The location was excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place is very suitable if you’re looking for an affordable stay with your own bathroom. I really enjoyed having a balcony in my room. They also allowed me to store my luggage for free. I didn't get a chance to check out the roof due to renovation, but the only downside was the noise level. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best fit, as even late at night, people...

"Shamir at the front office was outstanding.
The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean."
