"I arrived from the port before check-in time and the staff was super helpful. They will store your luggage for you and I was given a map with suggestions about places to see. The room is smallish but well laid out with decent storage options. Also at check-in, staff arranged a taxi to the airport for when it was time to leave. And because my check-out time was before breakfast, they made me a breakfast box to go and offered me coffee and a bottle of water 💜"

"Great stay! Perfect location, close to Acropolis, Plaka. Great restaurants nearby and mini markets for snacks/grocery. Quiet neighborhood and reasonable walking distance to activities. Apartment had all necessities available. My teenagers loved their stay too!"

"AMAZING!!! The location is in the heart of this part of Rome. Excellent restaurants, shops, and the Parthenon is within easy walking distance. The host was very helpful, friendly and made the check-in process very smooth. The apartment itself had very comfortable beds, was very clean and had an amazing rooftop seating area and view. "Surprisingly spacious rooms that were very clean! Based on timing of when we arrived, we used the luggage drop area in the lobby which was super easy to manage via the lockers that are available to access any time day or night. A 10-15 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants of Plaka and a gorgeous night time view of the Acropolis!"

"Located in a great area of Plaka. Easy to walk to everything. Nice balcony facing Plaka street and great view of Acropolis in back. Only downside was the lack of hot water from the water heater. The water would get cool before two showers were complete."

"This is a fabulous hotel. One of my new favorites anywhere in the world. The staff are really incredible, I don’t know who trained them but everyone is young and gorgeous but also friendly and welcoming and fully on top of everything. Huge spread of beautiful pastries in the lobby in the afternoon. The rooms are completely modern with every little detail well thought out, pretty large for a city hotel with high ceilings and great Grohe rain showers. "Ok so I booked the acropolis suite for 4 nights. The walls were dirty and there was a musty smell. The beds themselves were clean. The area is great. However, this is at most is a 2 star place. Then at night both me and my friend were coughing from the stuffiness ( mold?) We checked out to another hotel and asked for a refund for part of the trip we didn’t expect for first two nights to be refunded but they refused to even refund the last two nights. They offered another room but we didn’t trust...
