"We have stayed here often and have never been disappointed. Rooms and property are always spotless. Parking and access to local restaurants is great. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are always clean. Breakfast is also great with special items like sausage gravy and biscuits, delicious danish, waffles as well as usual breakfast items. Overall experience is excellent. "

"The hotel, although historic, is in good condition. Grounds are lovely, rooms spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and shower was hot. We ate at all three restaurants on site and all were extremely good. Rooftop bar is a must. However it’s the staff that makes the stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend if attending any event on campus to stay there versus outside campus. "

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

The common areas were visibly unsanitary, with stained carpets, overflowing trash, and surfaces that clearly had not been wiped down or disinfected on any kind of regular schedule. "the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...
