"Amazing service very welcoming"

"Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this...

"Location location location. Trash location was not clearly marked and there were fruit flies in the kitchen and lower bathroom."

"We loved the character of Carrygarry house. It was quaint and quiet. The hosts were really helpful. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. This is close to Shannon airport so a good place if you need to make airport runs. Highly recommend."

"This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

"Mistake made upon entry, was given the wrong room with less beds than paid for. Staff member (Dutch?) on the front desk was too busy upselling to notice. Lifts broken and noisy engineering. Pool isn’t free - have to pay a surcharge to buy a pool cap. Breakfast was exorbitant and bang average."

"The hotel was extremely busy which led to service being poor. There was a wedding the night we stayed which led to an obscene amount of noise, and not ideal since we were catching an 8 hour flight next day. Room cleanliness was okay, hairdryer did not work. The main public areas of the bar, restaurant were not very clean. Public bathrooms were also not clean but highly likely due to the high traffic."
