"This hotel is lovely. While it is not a 4 or 5 star, it is very nice. It is clean and details are noticed. It is on the lake with great views. The breakfast is amazing, probably one of the best that I've seen anywhere with local produce, homemade healthy items. The restaurant for lunch and dinner features small plates which are also very good. Highly recommend."

"What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it. "

Booked a few months ago, it was the best price I could find (cheapest)l knew we would be out all day exploring, didn't want to pay a fortune for somewhere to sleep. Easy to find, short walk from Station. Pleasant lady checked us in on reception. The hotel is an old quaint, historical building which I loved. Room was on 2nd floor at the back, very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, with the bed linen being fantastic quality...
