"Stayed here a few time and always found the owner friendly polite and helpful ,doesn't do evening meals but you just walk to the quay and it takes 3minutes and you have the restaurants pubs. The breakfasts are large you would not starve . Definitely recommend "

"Deluxe room was spotless, however, the shower mixer failed to cool the water to a comfortable temperature. Also, we were unable to switch off the air conditioner fan overnight and understand that we should have been instructed on its operation. Both these issues were reported to management. Staff were very courteous and service was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay at an excellent hotel."

"Fantastic room. Beautiful view. Exceptionally clean room. Delicious Nespresso coffee maker (sadly not enough pods, but reception kindly responded). Excellent bathroom. "A short 15 minute walk from Bournemouth railway station in what appeared to be a quiet location. Bournemouth town centre is also a short walk. The room was clean and I was able to get two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Check in was good, quick and efficient. I did not have breakfast nor did I go to the bar so I can't pass comment. If I stay over in Bournemouth again this hotel is certainly one that I would revisit."
