"This location was the highlight of my travels around Scotland and Ireland. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. The location is great with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum and some great restaurants. I used a two day "Hop On - Hop Off" bus pass to get to other locations quite easily, and the train/bus station was a short...

"Check in was quick and staff polite. The room was modern, clean and included an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel is not on a bus route, but buses (and trains) can be accessed on Botanic Avenue, approx. 5/10 minutes walk away."

Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. "Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs."
