It was confusing at the beginning when we checked in as we did not have the proper address to meet them as parking is impossible in the old town but they quickly rectified it and it was all uphill from there. The breakfast was spectacular. Their rooms exceeded my expectations. The Spa was lovely just a true five star property in the most perfect location across from the duomo . Most definitely would stay here again and recommend it."
